What is Bondrail
Raise capital through revenue bonds, inspect credit evidence, and invest directly or through a vault.
Bondrail lets businesses create a revenue account with BondrailFactory.createAccount and issue a
bond with createBond. Investors deposit the account's asset and receive ERC-20 claims. After
activation, an agreed share of connected revenue goes to the bond up to its effective cap; capital is
released in stages. Repayment depends on revenue, not promised interest or guaranteed principal.
Native projects route fees through BondrailAccount.collect / settleOut. Paid APIs can use
account.settle to verify an EIP-3009 payer and book/split immediately. sweep books plain transfers.
Each route builds history before or during a bond.
- Native templates:
deployNativedeploys and binds approved template code without individual review. Custom contracts inheritingBondrailEarnerneed individual approval before raising. - Performance triggers:
checkTriggercan raise the investor share when booked revenue falls below the agreed floor; a later check can restore it. Payments use the last checked share. - Credit vault:
BondrailVaultpools investments with carried-cost valuation, separate entry/exit prices, seven-day income vesting and exits limited to idle cash. - Credit profiles:
onchainProfileexposes state and coverage;attestedProfileadds a separately trusted assessment. SDK credit-line and yield estimates are advisory.
Claims can transfer after Funding. BondrailBond.redeem burns the position for current pool backing,
giving up future receipts; the last claim waits for Closed. Kuru exits depend on a listed market and liquidity.
